Oracle Strategic Analysis

I worked on this analysis of Oracle with a group during my studies. We looked at how the company works, from software development and sales to finance and research, then at the market around it.
We used PESTEL and Porter's five forces to understand what can help Oracle grow and what can make things harder, like competition in the cloud market and changing regulations. For me, this was a way to look beyond the technology and understand the business decisions behind it.
